Barton Associates can provide simple spray washing equipment or a complete pre-treatment system for your parts substrate prior to painting.  Our expertise in washer design will assure you of the right cleaning system to maximize adhesion for your coatings.  Whether you need a full scale conveyorized tunnel washer or simply a hand held wand wash system with booth, Barton Associates can provide what you need.  In addition, we can supply completely self-contained, batch, multi-stage, Small Parts Washers in manual or automatic models.

Barton Associates can also provide recyclable Plastic Media Blast (PMB) equipment for metal cleaning prior to painting in those applications where wet spray or going to drain is prohibited or not practical.  PMB offers a "dry" approach to metal cleaning and will work well over a variety of substrates, even on the same part!  PMB will easily strip away painted, clean away surface rust and leave a smooth "ready to paint" surface for your primer or top coat paint.
